I wear a pedometer pretty much every day...and most days I don't get much over about 4,000 steps - even though the goal most health experts say you should strive for is 10,000. Well, yesterday, on just an average workday, I made it - 10,000 steps (+ 3 for good measure). Not easy - but I'm excited to keep trying to get back there again.
Our weather here in Indiana is gorgeous, at least for early January, so I'm planning to get out and take big walks on Saturday and Sunday. Do you have any big plans for the weekend?
